We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Please note that we only offer exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the purchase date. To qualify, items must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Items showing any signs of use, wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for an exchange.
Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, please contact us at info@awelewabymonica.com. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you must return your item, and once received, we will issue you store credit that you can use to re-purchase your item of choice.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time; only store credit is available.
Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within the USA but will be expanding our shipping options shortly.
Shipping to Military Addresses
If you need to ship to a military address, please email us at info@awelewabymonica.com before placing your order so we can arrange alternative shipping. Failure to notify us will result in the package being returned
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
For shipments to P.O. Boxes, please contact info@awelewabymonica.com before completing your order to set up alternative shipping.
