At Awele by Monica, we currently ship only within the United States. We are excited about future expansion plans and will keep you updated on any changes to our shipping policies.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Missing or Delayed Orders
